Tilly joined the Mitzi lab in the fall of 2025. Prior to coming to Duke, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics at Furman University. In her undergraduate research, she studied the photophysics and photochemistry of arylalkynyl titanocenes as they relate to photocatalysis. In the Mitzi lab, Tilly researches perovskites for use in photovoltaics and energy materials.
