Betul received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering in Turkey. She focuses on developing alternative solution processing approaches for chalcogenide materials for photovoltaic and photoelectrochemical applications with the purpose of understanding how detailed processing conditions impact the thin films' optoelectronic properties.
